SNAGGING PROCESS
- Please get in contact with us and provide some detail on the property type and location and we will provide a quotation and book it in the diary. Don't worry if the date changes as we will be able to accommodate you.
- On the day of inspection, we will visit the property and carry out a comprehensive survey.
- A photographic report will be emailed within 24 hours for you to send to your builder, along with any further advice or information that we feel will be beneficial for you to know. A follow up call can be arranged with the customer or builder to discuss the report.
